Terms of Service

Effective August 23, 2026

The service

FrugaFly helps authorized sellers manage relationships between Shopify catalog data and eBay marketplace listings. Shopify remains the catalog and inventory source of truth, while each marketplace controls its own listings, accounts, and policies.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your login, connect only accounts you are authorized to manage, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing marketplace changes before and after publication.

Marketplace rules

Your use of Shopify, eBay, and other connected services remains subject to their agreements and policies. FrugaFly does not control marketplace approvals, suspensions, fees, listing decisions, outages, or policy changes.

Acceptable use

You may not use FrugaFly to violate law, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent products, circumvent marketplace safeguards, access another seller's data, or interfere with the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or compliance. Marketplace APIs and third-party services may change without FrugaFly's control.

Disclaimer and liability

FrugaFly is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your listings, pricing, inventory decisions, taxes, and marketplace compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and data

You may stop using FrugaFly and revoke marketplace access. We may restrict access for security, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these terms. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
