Overview

FrugaFly is a marketplace-management service that connects a seller's Shopify catalog with eBay. This policy explains the information FrugaFly processes when you create an account or connect a marketplace.

Information we process

• Account and workspace information, including your name and login details.
• Marketplace connection information, including account identifiers, authorization tokens, and permissions you approve.
• Product, variant, inventory, listing, order, shipping, return, and synchronization information needed to provide the service.
• Technical, security, audit, and error records used to protect and operate FrugaFly.

FrugaFly does not receive or store your eBay or Shopify password.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, connect approved marketplace accounts, import and manage listings, synchronize inventory, process marketplace events, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, comply with law, and improve service reliability.

Sharing

Information is shared only as needed with marketplaces you connect, infrastructure providers that host or secure FrugaFly, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only while it is needed to provide FrugaFly, meet security and legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When eBay notifies us that a marketplace account has been closed and its data must be deleted, FrugaFly processes the request in accordance with eBay requirements and applicable law. You may also request deletion of your FrugaFly account and associated data through the application.

Security

FrugaFly uses access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted connections, and server-side credential storage designed to protect marketplace credentials and business data. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

Your choices

You may disconnect a marketplace, revoke access through that marketplace, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through FrugaFly's support channel. Revoking access may prevent connected features from functioning.

Changes

We may update this policy as FrugaFly changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
